IN CO It must be Nil Like 1 Lacs Share Capital and 1 Lacs P&L Dr Balance
IN LLP Also Same or Cash Balance can be Return to Partner Capital
Capital 1 Lacs and Loss 1 Lacs or
Capital 1 Lacs and Loss 80k and Cash 20K
