FACT: I want to incorporate a company Registered office in Gujarat having 2 directors from different states.. One from Gujarat other from Maharashtra.
director from Gujarat get stamped and notarized his Inc. documents from Gujarat
director from Maharashtra get stamped and notarized his documents from Maharashtra.
Query:
Shall Maharashtra Stamp Paper is Valid or shall i have to attach extra
stamp paper of Gujarat ?????Thanks
