Case

Software Co incorporated June 2015 by 100 foreign partner. Bank ac open today shall we bring money today and do the fcgr and 180 fays and 30 days post compliance for allotment reporting, As the share are subscribed and allotted in june 2015 and we are filling FCGPR in Current Date as money comes today only ?

• Money FIRC Received today and we are filling FCGPR in 180 days is perfect.
• Share subscribed in June 2015 and Filling FCGPR today after 8 month instead of 30 days have some doubt
