Okay, so I was writing my e-mail for this week's calendar, and realized
that Underground is 167 minutes. I mean, that is long. If we start at
8:15, we don't get out until after 11. So, ain't no way we're watching
something after. Perhaps we should watch the last two Scenes from a
Marriage instead, and do underground next week? I need resolution on
that shit.

Anyway, here is what I was going to send out; I'll probably bug a
people at lunch for their opinion.

Winner of the 1995 Palme d'Or at Cannes, this tragic farce tells the
story of two friends through fifty years of Yugoslavian history, from
their days as war profiteers in WWII to the ethnic cleansing of 1991.
The MIT Tech review had a good quote: "Schindler's List - if it were
written by Monty Python". More than a couple reviews call this 2 3/4 hr
flick a 'snoozer', so there is that. It has 83% on rotten tomatoes, but
from a very small sample of reviewers.
