some updates about the proposal

Hello, boys, 

I put in the algorithm and the schedule about implementing algorithm. When I was writing the schedule, I had a feeling that it would be hard to separate the user query (or there could be fancier name for this stage) from the algorithm implementation schedule. If you check out the schedule part, I list a estimated time-frame and mission to complete in each frame. How about we integrate the user query implementation schedule into it ?
