Fortran support

Hi everyone,

I am maintaining instructions on how to add support for Fortran in the vanilla Android NDK (see here).

I don't know if this is something that has been discussed for CrystaX NDK, but I think it could be fairly easy to add.

Since Google deprecated GCC for the NDK, CrystaX might be the only option available for Fortran on Android in the future...
