Update to LLVM 3.9?

In Crystax-NDK-10.3.2 it appears that LLVM 3.6 and 3.7 are supported, and that nightly b908 adds 3.8.

The current stable release of LLVM is 3.9, which was released on or about Sept 2

Can LLVM stable 3.9 be incorporated into the next release of Crystax?  Or for that matter, into the nightlies?

Hello Joseph,

Yes, we're going to integrate LLVM/clang 3.9 to our nightly builds. I expect it will appear there in couple of weeks.
