JoAnn Here is some update information on this poor baby who was beaten to death here in Sandford; Please pass this on as we heard that the charges were to be dropped I wrote the Gov of Fl needless to say he is worthless but wrote some more at least we know there will be a trial for this poor animal. I have asked what kind of legistation do we have to protect our animals in this state. I am more then happy to write and do what I have to for these poor creatures. You have all the names so this is why I am passing to you. Marcia

This case is currently pending with the next court date being October 5, 2011.  The charges continue to stand as filed and the State will proceed to move forward based on the evidence available to us.
