Green pixel in top left corner

One of my users reported, and I have confirmed, that they were seeing
a green pixel in the top
left corner of all their videos when using crystalhd. I've also
reproduced it with the gstreamer
plugin, so I don't believe it's caused by anything in my ffmpeg code.

The user also swears that he doesn't see the pixel in xbmc, which
makes it rather strange.
