How to enable hardware deinterlacing?

Hello,
Can someone help me how to enable hardware deinterlacing?

in ffmpeg-crystalhd is software deinterlacer via memcpy, i need
hardware deinterlacer, because without memcpy vlc cpu usage drop down
from 60% to 20%
