Hi all.

 

Can now give more details of the Christmas Gig on the 18^th Dec

 

Attached is the flyer for it, which we hope you will circulate to friends and post on your social media accounts – we need an audience so invite/coerce friends, family, neighbours, colleagues, people you meet on the street!

We will have a limited number of paper copies

 

Plan is:-

• 2.00 pm meet at St Paul’s to set up and a rehearsal of joint band items
• 3.30 Concert begins with PB first, then MB and then Joint items. Short organising breaks between sets but no interval
• 4.45 pm/ 5.00 pm latest Concert ends and clear up
• No Admission fee but we will ask for donations at end.
• Dress Code will be MB full uniform (jackets etc) PB will be white tops/black bottoms so we have a degree of consistency and not need for crossover players to change
• 5.00 pm Social Meal in Church Hall. Cath will order Pizzas for us so please give her an indication of any dietary requirements we need to cover. We will not take bookings for individual pizzas but a bit of a mix and share of types
• Partners, parents, family, personal guests etc and friend are invited to join the Social Meal. We need to know how many people you will bring and pay for. Will send out Muzodo reminder nearer time and you can add numbers on the comments section of reply.
• Cost of Pizza meal will be £5.00 per head.
• Bring Your Own Drinks, there is no problem over moderate alcohol consumption in the church halls
• Finish at 6.00pm
• For those wanting to continue, we retire to the Elm Tree Inn at Eden Park
