Tonight's AGM and Zoom

Hello everyone.

 

It has been suggested we consider having a Zoom session to allow people to attend the AGM remotely. I have agreed to set up a session on my phone.

 

A few considerations:

 

1. The visual feed may not be perfect
2. I will try to set up a Bluetooth speaker so audio can be heard at Venue 28. It is important that people attending via Zoom go on mute while not talking
3. I need to clarify whether or not people attending via Zoom have voting rights.
4. I have turned off the witing room, so please do not share the invitation details outside of group of legitimate invitees.
