Wednesday April 15, 2026 “Encore” Food Drive Ends. Continue to drop off food, hygiene products, bags, and egg cartons through 4/15/26 for pick up by St. Matthews on 4/16/26.
Thursday April 16, 2026 St. Matthews House (SMH) will pick up the “Encore” items collected at my Storage Trailer - Lot 107. The additional “Encore” items donated and accumulated will be unloaded from our storage trailer to the St. Matthews Pick Up Vechicle.*
*All our welcome to come observe the process and meet the driver, a graduate of the St. Matthews House program.
Friday April 17-30th Please note that donations, bags, egg cartons, and boxes can still be dropped off at Lot 2015 from 4/16 through 4/30/26 for delivery to St. Matthews House Food Warehouse, rather than a scheduled pick up.
Thursday April 30, 2026 All contributions at Lot 2015 of Milk Carton Boxes, Bags, Egg Cartons, Food, & Hygiene Products must stop.
Thursday April 30, 2026 Last day to use your Lulu’s Kitchen Restaurant $4.00 Off Coupon
May ? 2026 I will report the results of the “Encore” donations.
January 2, 2027 Begin dropping off bags, egg cartons, and milk carton boxes again at Lot 2015.
Ask your renters to leave their unopened left-over groceries and hygiene items at Lot 2015 any time before March 19, 2027.
Food & Hygiene items can be left at Lot 2015 if you will not be in the park on March 19, 2027.
Date to be Determined Announce/Launch 2027 Food Drive.
March 18, 2027 St. Matthews will deliver large donation collection bins.
March 19, 2027 SMH One-Day Food & Hygiene Products Drive (8:00-3:00 p.m.) - Please mark your calendars!
March 19, 2027 SMH will pick up donations for weighing and sorting.
Do not hesitate to let me know if you have any questions. I’d welcome ideas to make 2027 another big success, especially how can we encourage additional households to participate.
I feel privileged and appreciate the opportunity to continue working with SMH and Crystal Lake Residents to help those in the Naples community experiencing food and hygiene item insecurities. Working together we can all do and be better.
