Wonderful season we had at Crystal Lake this year! Just want to suggest, as you are traveling either by car, RV or air, make sure that you move your limbs frequently and tighten your core. And don’t forget the one where we pinch our shoulder blades back and press down, then release. Core work can always be done.😊 Looking forward to seeing you next season for more chair yoga.
