Good morning, I hope everyone is staying warm on these chilly days.  Enclosed you will find the agenda for next Tuesday.  We are going to need extra hands to help with ballot collecting and greeting guests.   

Please let me know if you can help.

I am seeking a timer, grammarian, and general evaluator for February 5th.  Please let Jose know if you can fill any of these roles.  He is going to be the TMOD for the first time so please be supportive of him.

Our contest is coming along well for February 19th which begins with registration at 6:30 pm.  Please let me know if you can help with the following roles:

• Ballot counter 
  
• Sgt. at Arms
  
• Greeter/food set up
