Please show me the QC tool first.

Explain the following

1) why you are not giving QC tools to end users?
2) When you are giving TAT to end users, it is 20 days irrespective of
holidays and why not the same for QC? For you it is 10 working days
and for us it is 20 days?
3) Explain why support numbers are not working for nearly a month.
Your service provider is Airtel. They generally don't take more than
72 hrs if you are shifting phone lines.
4) In which hospital, doctor, patient ratio is 1:1? For 50, 000
patient name, I got 50, 000 doctors unique name. No repetion of doctor
name. I want to visit that hospital.
5) Why there is no search option provided in the User Interface? If I
want to check 2500th record, you tell me what is the short cut?

I have more questions. Please explain these 5. I will come back with
others.
