HelloAnonymous User i use arcgis enterprise. this my first time using track viewer app. btw i already enable location tracking in portal setting. as of today we validate the data store of spatialtemporal but the problem still exist.

If you open developer tools in your browser and go to the network tab then try to create a track view do you see any more details in any of the requests/responses? Based on the error you posted, this seems like an issue with the feature service or datastore not being able to actually create the view layer correctly. You may have better luck trying to troubleshoot with customer support if you're not working with them already.

In order of normal system ---> my system (for 1,2 curve editor and 3,4 trackview). There's only way I try and got this problem fixed is rename ENU folder in 3dsmax directory at my Windows user account but that mean I lost all other custom stuffs which is outweight the benefit received by get curve editor back ('coz I don't often use this tool as another one honestly).

01) before you start keying, check at the bottom and make sure new keys are not created as Linear...(the icon next to Key Filters...or somewhere there...don't have 2014 to be sure). Change it to a 'spline' one...

No, I create keys normally (for example when I animate a phase value of noise bump for Water material, I key start frame and end frame and change phase value, by default those keys was created curvely, means start water slowly waving and slowly stop at end of timeline), I just use track view to make them linear in the screenshot above (for this particular case, I want the water start and stop the same speed not slowly change at the beginning and the end as Initiation). But now my Curve Editor/Track view losts this interface as I see in other PC. And not for this particular anim scene, it happens to everything I key and animate since then.

It doesn't have anything to do with how I create keys because my problem does NOT exist in other PC (normal system). In other PC , Curve editor show up as I get used to it. In my system there's long time I don't touch this tool, so when recently I touch it, it appears different compare to other 3dmax in another PC.

I mean, the same *.max file I open in my system and other system looks different in UI of Curve editor and Track view. And problem is I've no idea why they different and what causes that. Maybe there's some little switch or something very easy config that I'm missing.

In my current PC, Curve Editor\Track View appears and function very different than it does in other PC. I mean I couldn't use Curve editor to edit tangent or set curve to linear, or all the basic task I usually do. They appears without any line or curve, only number or something like "timeline" (as I capture in screenshots above. pic No.1 is Curve editor in normal PC, Pic No.2 in my PC, No.3 is trackview of selected input value in normal PC, No.4 is mine the same file).

I tried rename ENU folder (belongs to 3ds max) in my Windows user account and restart 3ds max (let it recreate default configuration) open the *.max file and Curve editor get back to normal interface as I get used to. But I lost all the custom stuffs (hotkey, scripts, etc..). I rename back ENU* folder to its original name, and get everything back but Curve editor get broken again.

So is there any way to reset Curve Editor UI (to default configuration) without losing all other customized stuffs in 3ds max by rename ENU folder and let Max recreate for its own? I know I can export and import somethings like keyboard shortcut/color/toolbar/etc manually... but it's also a tedious task.

yeah looking at your pic 2, without even bothering with the actual graph...there's something funky going on with the menu icons there...have you set the right graphics mode, latest graphics driver...blah blah blah.... ?

Graphic driver or graphic mode isn't problem here. Did you read the question as a whole? The same system with renamed ENU folder got Curve editor works, without renamed one, it doesn't. Before and after the renaming process, system doesn't change (says - driver/graphic mode/etc...). It's just some config setting in a certain file of that ENU folder which I'm not aware of.

Location tracking is an organization-wide capability, providing the ability to record where users are and where they have been. Location tracking makes use of a feature service that stores tracked locations as point features in the scalable spatiotemporal big data store. The tracks are secure within the location tracking service: users only see their own tracks, with additional permissions required to view the tracks of others. The tracks can be used for situational awareness and for analysis to answer questions related to where users have been.

ArcGIS Tracker empowers location tracking, using two apps: the Track Viewer web app and the ArcGIS Tracker mobile app. The Track Viewer web app enables administrators to create track views, defining who is tracked and who can view those tracks. The Tracker mobile app is optimized for tracking locations in the field, running in background while minimizing the impact on device battery. The mobile app records tracks whether or not there is a data connection, and gives mobile users control of when they are and aren't tracked.

When location tracking is enabled, a new item gets created representing the Location Tracking Feature Service. Any mobile user can upload their tracks to this service. This item can be easily accessed using the LocationTrackingManager object.

The Location Tracking Feature Service has two layers. The first layer, tracks, stores the historical breadcrumbs of each user. The second layer, last_known_locations, stores the most recent location of each user that is using the Tracker mobile app. These layers can be easily accessed via the LocationTrackingManager.

By default, the tracks layer has a retention period of 30 days which means tracks will only be stored for 30 days. An administrator is able to configure the retention period to suit their organization's needs. Let's see how to set the retention period to 6 months.

A core concept of Location Tracking is that certain users in the organization are able to view the tracks of others. This is accomplished by creating a "Track View". A track view is a feature service view created from the Location Tracking Service. It contains a list of Mobile Users representing the users whose tracks will be displayed, and a list of Track Viewers who will have access to see those users tracks. A Track View can easily be created by an administrator.

In order for track viewers to see the tracks of other users in the organization (through a Track View), they must have a role that has the "view location tracks" privilege. The administrator role has this privilege by default. Non-administrators will need to be assigned a custom role that has this privilege. A custom role that can view tracks can be created as shown below.

This guide explains how an administrator can enable the location tracking capability, and once enabled, how track views can be created and users be added to it. It also explains how an administrator can assign licenses for the Tracker field app to desired users and how custom roles with privileges to view tracks of other users be created.

the home. TrackView has now released an app for Android that lets you monitor other devices on different platforms like iOS or PC. This app, called TrackView Viewer, comes with all the features that are available on the other apps.

TrackView is a cloud-based viewer that enables users to track, view, and analyze their Google Analytics data in one place. It provides an overview of key metrics, such as pageviews, unique visitors, and bounce rate, as well as insights

information about each point. TrackView also supports GPX files, so you can use it to view tracks from other devices as well. Overall, TrackView is a great tool for anyone who wants to view their GPS tracks in more detail.
