So after a lot of research into highlighting and annotations of both epubs and PDFs that will sync two-way between PC and mobile (preferably while keeping Calibre as my content manager), it seems I can get pretty much everything I want simply by using Calibre and its content server. I like the desktop reader, and the web interface is also pretty nice. The web interface is almost usable for my purposes on mobile, with the glaring issue of highlighting being a massive pain.

Unlike normal webpages on Chrome for Android, a simple touch-and-hold to highlight does not work. It either requires holding down for much longer, or fails to work at all - and worse still, will register the end of that touch as a command to turn the page if I'm in the right zone. I suspect the browser-based client for the content server does something to intercept touch events, but I'm not certain.

So on the 16th of April I signed up to be a creator which is super cool! However I have noticed that I am only a verified content creator on the desktop browser but the mobile browser says that I am NOT verified yet.

Safari and Chrome on mobile devices both include a visible address bar when a page loads. As the body of the page scrolls, these browsers will scroll the address bar off screen to give more real estate to the website as shown in this image:

EDIT: The more I look into this, the more impossible it seems to do it without user interaction. If I require user interaction, would it be possible for a user's touch in the center of the screen to first attempt to scroll the body before attempting to scroll the div with all the entries in it? If this works the way I'm thinking then it would first slide the address bar out of the way before sliding through the list. It's kind of the reverse of the default browser behavior so it may not be possible/easy/reliable, but I'm willing to try and see if anybody has any ideas.

Whith this layout browser tabs on mobile doesnt hide. For solve this I delete overflow: hidden from html and body and delete position: fixed, height: 100vh from root.

The Content Browser is the primary area of the Unreal Editor for creating, importing, organizing, viewing, and managing content Assets within your Unreal project. You can also use it to manage content folders and perform specific Asset operations, such as:

The browser's viewport is the area of the window in which web content can be seen. This is often not the same size as the rendered page, in which case the browser provides scrollbars for the user to scroll around and access all the content.

Some mobile devices and other narrow screens render pages in a virtual window or viewport, which is usually wider than the screen, and then shrink the rendered result down so it can all be seen at once. Users can then zoom and pan to look more closely at different areas of the page. For example, if a mobile screen has a width of 640px, pages might be rendered with a virtual viewport of 980px, and then it will be shrunk down to fit into the 640px space.

This is done because not all pages are optimized for mobile and break (or at least look bad) when rendered at a small viewport width. This virtual viewport is a way to make non-mobile-optimized sites in general look better on narrow screen devices.

Specifies the effect that interactive UI widgets, such as a virtual keyboard, have on the page's viewports. Valid values: resizes-visual, resizes-content, or overlays-content. Default: resizes-visual.

Sites can set their viewport to a specific size. For example, the definition "width=320, initial-scale=1" can be used to fit precisely onto a small phone display in portrait mode. This can cause problems when the browser renders a page at a larger size. To fix this, browsers will expand the viewport width if necessary to fill the screen at the requested scale. This is especially useful on large-screen devices.

For pages that set an initial or maximum scale, this means the width property actually translates into a minimum viewport width. For example, if your layout needs at least 500 pixels of width then you can use the following markup. When the screen is more than 500 pixels wide, the browser will expand the viewport (rather than zoom in) to fit the screen:

Interactive UI widgets of the browser can influence the size of the page's viewports. The most common such UI widget is a virtual keyboard. To control which resize behavior the browser should use, set the interactive-widget property.

If you want to know what mobile and tablet devices have which viewport widths, there is a comprehensive list of mobile and tablet viewport sizes here. This gives information such as viewport width on portrait and landscape orientation as well as physical screen size, operating system and the pixel density of the device.

Some music or movies that you download or stream might be protected by copyright. When you go to a site with protected content, Chrome may check your device content settings before it shows protected content.

Edge for iOS and Android is designed to enable users to browse the web and supports multi-identity. Users can add a work account, as well as a personal account, for browsing. There's complete separation between the two identities, which is like what is offered in other Microsoft mobile apps.

The richest and broadest protection capabilities for Microsoft 365 data are available when you subscribe to the Enterprise Mobility + Security suite, which includes Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2 features, such as conditional access. At a minimum, you'll want to deploy a conditional access policy that only allows connectivity to Edge for iOS and Android from mobile devices and an Intune app protection policy that ensures the browsing experience is protected.

New web clips (pinned web apps) on iOS devices will open in Edge for iOS and Android instead of the Intune Managed Browser when required to open in a protected browser. For older iOS web clips, you must re-target these web clips to ensure they open in Edge for iOS and Android rather than the Managed Browser.

Organizations can use Microsoft Entra Conditional Access policies to ensure that users can only access work or school content using Edge for iOS and Android. To do this, you'll need a conditional access policy that targets all potential users. These policies are described in Conditional Access: Require approved client apps or app protection policy.

Follow the steps in Require approved client apps or app protection policy with mobile devices, which allows Edge for iOS and Android, but blocks other mobile device web browsers from connecting to Microsoft 365 endpoints.

App Protection Policies (APP) define which apps are allowed and the actions they can take with your organization's data. The choices available in APP enable organizations to tailor the protection to their specific needs. For some, it may not be obvious which policy settings are required to implement a complete scenario. To help organizations prioritize mobile client endpoint hardening, Microsoft has introduced taxonomy for its APP data protection framework for iOS and Android mobile app management.

They include all Microsoft 365 mobile applications, such as Edge, Outlook, OneDrive, Office, or Teams, as this ensures that users can access and manipulate work or school data within any Microsoft app in a secure fashion.
