Crypto++ Goals

Hi Wei,

The wiki staff have challeneged statement on Crypto++'s wikipeda page
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crypto++) with a "citation needed".

Would you happen to have a fomal list of goals for the library?

No, there is no formal list of goals. The direction of the library is
basically determined by a combination of what I think will be most useful
for the library's users, and what is fun for me to work on.

BTW, those of you visiting the Wikipedia page might notice that it is being
debated for deletion. To avoid the appearance of "meat puppetry", please do
not participate in that discussion and instead let the Wikipedia regulars
talk it out.
