Hi Everyone,
We are going to upgrade from MediaWiki 1.32.2 to MW 1.32.3.
The website and wiki will be down for about 15 minutes if all goes well.
Instructions for a MW upgrade are cribbed away at https://github.com/weidai11/website/blob/master/mediawiki/mediawiki-install.txt .

The migration to MW 1.32.3 is complete.
