What name should be used for Crypto++ library?
There is in Debian libcrypto++.so but in Fedora libcryptopp.so.
And include path shoud be include/crypto++ or include/cryptopp?

It was a Debian innovation to name it "libcrypto++". I asked them to
also support libcryptopp and they do now. I suggest sticking to the
more widely used "libcryptopp". Here is the setup script for
pycryptopp which handled either:

So no need to support this innovation in Fedora and it is would be
enough to use include/cryptopp include path, libcryptopp.so and
cryptopp.pc pkgconfig file?

As far as I know, yes.
