Crypto++ 8.0 released

Hi Everyone,

Crypto++ 8.0.0 was released today. The 8.0.0 release was a major, planned release. There are no CVEs or memory errors.

The release notes and list of issues fixed can be found at http://www.cryptopp.com/release800.html. The 8.0.0 ZIP archive can be downloaded from http://www.cryptopp.com/cryptopp800.zip. A GPG signature can be downloaded from http://www.cryptopp.com/cryptopp800.zip.sig.

There are 16 outstanding issues. Two of them are bugs, and 14 of them are feature requests and enhancements.
