Let's share our bamt / cgminer screen shots here.

Maari din na meron gusto mag suggest ng tweaks as far as our core / memory / power settings, para mapataas pa ang hashrates.

Let me be the first one to post.

Here are some data to go with the screenshots:

GPUs 0,1,2,4 = Sapphire R9 280x dual x oc (uefi)
GPU 3 = Sapphire R9 270x dual x oc (w boost)

for 280x: tc=8192   gputhreads=2
for 270x: tc=14208   gputhreads=1

To be honest, I post my screenshots here coz I want to ask for ur collective opinion on whether I'm pushing my GPUs too hard? or not hard enough?

Have you tried running your 280X at core@1080? Mine reached 760kh/s with optimized kernel and 750kh/s at stock kernel.

I tried core=1080 dati nung 2 pa lang sila nakakabit, it wasnt very stable unfortunately ... i would get crashes from time to time, or minsan freeze yun rig, or an error na gpu not responding.

well, ok lang sana if it happens during the day, when i can monitor & take action. wag lang sa gabi (sayang yun downtime hehehe =P)

anyway, i'm working my way up to it (core=1080).. i started at core 1050 tapos unti until up... b4 end of week, i will be able to try core 1080 again.. wish me luck =)

hey guys!

A new screenshot for a reconfigured rig. Up and running for 15 hrs now

The rig is (finally) a 5x R9-280X (Sapphire Dual X OC -uefi) rig.

any help tweaking the settings to get better hashrate, better WU, and lower rejections is greatly appreciated =)

4 gpu setup is gpu 0 to gpu 2 = HIS 280x while gpu 3 = Sapphire 290

2 gpu setup is Sapphire 280X Dual X

I can't seem to get better hashrates using SGMINER that is why I stick with CGMINER.

I can get better hash rates at the expense of higher temps but since my rig is on 24/7 I prefer to keep the temps low.

i am using HD 7850 and I have to thank Slide, i based my config from his setup

initially used BAMT 1.4 but i keep getting the red screen of death (fault on GPU 0)

switched to xubuntu and getting a 350khash, my 7850 is only 1GB RAM so im guessing thats the reason i cant reach the 380khash of Slide

1GB rin yung mga Powercolor 7850 ko.  One card was 1.138v default, the other two i undervolted from 1.21v to 1.175v.

Below is the config i'm running on BAMT 1.4, hopefully, it could help you.

tnx Slide, I was able to raise my hashrate further by 17

for gpu-engine, the max amount provided by cgminer was 1050, i tried to enter 1150 but got a scary warning so used 1050

then went for higher intensities but they gave back diminishing returns

-I 17 = 367 khash

-I 18 = 368 khash

-I 19 = 369 khash

decided to use intensity 17 so as not to tax the vcard so much for a measly 2 khash

i noticed a different kernel on your config with value of "ckolivas" then i realized BAMT is using sgminer

i downloaded and tried to compile sgminer 4.1 on my xubuntu but it doesnt recognize the existing opencl so im stuck with cgminer for now

update: was finally able to compile sgminer... though i got same hashrate lmao

look at your HW numbers.  you're getting a lot of hardware errors; they are supposed to be 0.  your card is not doing anything but produce errors.  review your config, try lowering intensity and overclocks as a start

@Wein I'm using sgminer 4.1.0 Zuikkis version.. kung nag close ang sgminer mo try mo tanggalin yung --scrypt the rest are the same

not to dissuade anyone from using SGMINER but if you look at my screenshots I use CGMINER and recently VERTMINER.

using 3 PC builds I was unable to get any benefit from the SGMINER. personally, there was more coins mined when I used CGMINER 3.7.2 vs SGMINER when I compared the two a month back.

anyway maybe the latest SGMINER is faster. the interface is definitely more utilitarian compared to CGMINER :)
