We are excited to invite you to the 7th Conference on Information-Theoretic Cryptography (ITC 2026), taking place August 15–16, 2026, at UC Santa Barbara, immediately preceding CRYPTO 2026!

This year’s program brings together an outstanding collection of talks spanning cryptography, coding theory, privacy, quantum information, complexity theory, and secure computation. Among the many highlights:

• Dan Boneh will discuss the Proximity Prize, the open problems it targets, and their importance for succinct code-based proof systems.
• Venkatesan Guruswami will explore the remarkable power of subspace designs, including connections to optimal list decoding, proximity gaps, and modern proof systems.
• Adam D. Smith will present an information-theoretic perspective on attacks against data privacy and their role in shaping meaningful privacy guarantees.
• Sam Gunn will discuss data deletion and machine unlearning for deep learning, including new possibilities for understanding how training data influences model behavior.
• Daniel Wichs will survey recent breakthroughs in error correction against efficiently computable errors, where computational restrictions enable parameters beyond traditional information-theoretic limits.

The program also features exciting new work on quantum cryptography, zero knowledge, extractors and leakage resilience, MPC, private information retrieval, randomized encodings, matrix commitments, and much more.
