For the redesign of the site I propose, if you want, to go through a process which will involve many feedback between you and me but which will be, this way, fully satisfactory for your purposes.

First of all, I need to fully catch the "spirit" of your organization, because design is communication, I have to do my best to express your cause with authenticity.

So let's go with a serie of numerous questions that will help us clarify what to say on this website and for me, how to present it.

I personnaly love the WHY-HOW-WHAT process :

  • WHY are you doing what you do ? What is your long term cause ? What do you believe ? Please give keywords to it.
  • HOW are you intending to advance your cause ? What are your medium-long term pragmatic guidelines ? Please give keywords to it.
  • WHAT do you propose ? What are your services ? The actual short-sight things you do ? Please give keywords to it.

Then, to go further :
  • Who are you ?
  • How did you get here ?
  • Why people can trust you ?
  • With whom would you want to connect ?
  • What would you want to say through you website ? What are your actual content ? Do you plan to add more afterwhile ? Do you have a menu (navigation) idea yet ?
  • Will you have part Russian part English content as in www.2045.com ? Or will you go 100% Russian or English ?
  • When I will have finish to work on the website, how will success be judged ? In term of subscription of new members ? Something else ?
  • What design do you like ?

There are a lot of questions but they are necessary, and I'm sure through these you will find many other things to explain to me, please feel free to do so.
Through this process we will go from the global to the details, so we can't fail. ;)

Is that ok for you ?

I'm personnaly excited by this project, I hope to make something very neat that will support our cause and also be a nice add to my portfolio. :)

Sincerely,

- Damien Casoni
