2025 CSC Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Legally, the Cryonics Society of Canada (CSC) should have an
Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the month of May of every
year. The first item of business should be presentation of
a financial report by the Treasurer, but the current Treasurer
has not been responding to private communication, which 
makes it impossible to proceed legally. I can only hope
that he will respond to this message that he can give
a financial report in May. 

The other item of business has been the Summer Party,
which since the pandemic has been on ZOOM. We could
at least decide on a date for a 2025 ZOOM Summer Party.

I vote May 16 for the meeting. 

Its a Friday its been tradition to have the annual meet and party on a Friday.

I was on the Biostasis Technologies meeting today:
"Our first CryoRegistry Zoom meeting will be held on Friday June
27, 2025, 2pmEST."
"We will hold these meetings quarterly so we can
-Get to know each other
-Share experiences & best practices
-Answer questions about SST and team building"

I noticed Shahad on there. Were there any other CSC people on
there whom I didn't notice?
I publicized the CSC website and this email list as a possible
forum, when Max More asked for suggestions about a forum.
I don't suppose the Canadian mailing list would be the most
appropriate place for this.

I would like to mention that I could serve as executor for fellow
cryonicists, but they would have to be within about an hour's
drive. Since I am in Kitchener Ontario, that would mean about as
far away as the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) or London Ont. Ottawa
for example would be too far.
