advice to set up AWS cluster in cisTEM

Dear Michael Cianfrocco,

I came across your website while googling how to set up cisTEM for AWS. Any advice you are able to give would be appreciated. Running RELION or cisTEM using individual nodes is working for us. My goal now is to run cisTEM or RELION jobs using clusters of AWS nodes to speed up our workflow, compared to using a single node. The cluster would be linked to an AWS lustre file system for rapid I/O between nodes. Do you have any general advice for this, or specific advice for the current task I am stuck on which is replicating a cisTEM HPC environment "in the cloud"?
