cleaning up my awsls results

Hey Mike,

I launched an instance through the AWS website. Now when I use the awsls command I see the stopped instance in my instance list. 

This isn't necessarily a problem, but I'd like to remove this. Any thoughts? Where is this info being pulled from? Could I manually delete an entry somewhere?

So stopped is different than terminated. I manually terminated to instance in my AWS console and it has been updated when I run awsls.
