Can not access cryosparc though web browser

Hello, 

I install the cryosparc and start it, but when I try to access it though web browser, it failed.

as shown in the tutorial,

To access cryoSPARC, type the following into the web browser used to launch instance:

ec2-34-215-145-128.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com:38000/

I type my instance with the 38000 port in my local web browser, but no any response, is my operation correct?

cryoSPARC has to be run through Chrome, you can't use Firefox or other browsers. Hopefully this was the issue.

Actually now that I look at this again you are trying to use the web address that was generated for Mike when he booted up his own EC2 instance with cryoSPARC. When you make an instance, a personalized web address should be created for you and printed in the command line.
