AMI for cisTEM on AWS

hello 

I'm trying to run cisTEM on AWS from Mac.  I ran the install script, and tried to run cistem_launch.py.

It's errors with not being able find the AMI in us-east-2.

Looking in cistem_launch.py, it's trying to create an instance from ami-b997bfdc, which I can't fnd in the public AMIs for Ohio.

Which one should I use instead?  

Most of our resources are running on us-east-1.  Is there an AMI I can use in that region?

I so guess I'll need to create my own EC2 that runs vncserver and  cisTEM, and create AMI from that?  Will do that and see how much farther I can get with this library.

Also cistem_launch.py runs in Python 2.7, and I needed to install 'fabric==1.13.2'.

I created my own AMI with cisTEM installed.  I updated cistem_launch.py to use that, and made some minor customizations as well.

cisTEM on AWS is now working well for me.
