Trouble uploading particle stacks

Hi,

I'm trying to perform a second round of 3D classification in RELION using select particles from the first round of 3D classification. I created a particles.star file using Subset Selection. When I submit the 3D classification job to AWS through the RELION GUI, only 1 GB of data is uploaded, and the job errors because RELION cannot find the particles. I am assuming that the particle images are not getting uploaded onto AWS. I do not see anything unusual with the particles.star file. Has anyone had this problem before?

Hi Ali,

That's a weird problem to have since I have patched that kind of issue a little while ago. Can you double check that you are running the latest version of the code?
