how to use relion3.0?

Hi all,

I have installed cryoEM cloud tool, launched p2.xlarge at the ami-0b7a61ed65b4a237a where relion 3.0 package was installed. But I could not open relion GUI while typing relion. Do I need to do anything in order to use relion 3.0?

Was there any message? Did you have X11 windows forwarding ?

Thank you for asking. I tried X-11 forwarding terminal. There are two directory in the instance I launched, one is the EM-package, and the other is ubuntu, I typed relion under ubuntu directory, and it just gave me the message " can't open display". I use the X11 terminal for relion 3.0 in Stanford HPC environment and it works fine. So I am wondering how could I solve the problem.

I just use -i in ssh login but not -X. I think that cause the problem. Thanks.
