Are there any plans to generate genertic output files, mzIdentML, MzQunatML, mzTAB, from Crux

This would increase the usability of crux output in other downstream applications. Particularly viewing the results.

Yes, we plan to produce mzIdentML in the next release of Crux, due in several weeks.
