Can Crux identify peptides in Waters “MSe” files?

I’ve searched the support group in vain, and had no success with Bullseye (or Tide/comet): is it even possible to identify the peptides (from a known sequence) in Waters MSe files?  I used Proteowizard to convert the .raw files into “MS1” and “MS2”, which gave me alternating scans being marked as each type, but no precursor ion records at all.

Is it hopeless to keep trying with Crux tools?  Or am I missing some important option?
