Hi everyone,
I'm wondering whether there's any advice on how to search Electron Transfer Dissociation (ETD) spectra with Crux. ETD is a fragmentation technique that mainly produces c/z ions, as opposed to the x/y ions from CID and HCD.
Thank you,
Viktor

Hi group,
I don't know if this problem has been solved. If so, is there a recommended setting of search parameters? If not, is there a plan to support this (by adding support for c/z/z+H ions) since more and more ETD spectra are generated? Thanks!
