The two decades of conflict has changed the composition of the population seeking medical care within VA facilities and civilian practices. Deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, Syria and Africa have young men and women returning home, with multi-factorial exposures and a wide array of symptoms.

HunterSeven Foundation, through strategic partnerships and foundation resources, assists individuals that have been made ill as a result of military exposures by providing access to care and medical resources needed for improved health.

This proactive approach to addressing health concerns is important for secondary prevention and wellness. HunterSeven Foundations supports veterans and families that have been made ill as a result of military exposures through an immediate needs program.

In 2024, The Brady Hunter Foundation will grant life-changing wishes to three very special children.

"We have personally witnessed the transformative power of fulfilling a child's wish in times of need, leaving an indelible impact not just on the child, but also resonating within their families and the supportive communities that rally for them," expressed Josh Fox, the visionary founder of The Brady Hunter Foundation. "It brings us immense joy to persist in our mission, touching the lives of these remarkable children and turning their dreams into tangible reality. Being an integral part of these unforgettable moments in the lives of these young individuals serves as our driving force, propelling our foundation to relentlessly pursue a lasting and positive influence."

The support of companies like The Brady Hunter Foundation, along with the commitment of over 800 volunteers, will play a crucial role in enabling the Southern Florida chapter of Make-A-Wish to continue to fulfill more than 600 wishes, or one approximately every 14 hours.

"We'd be unable to accomplish all we have without the support of partners like the Brady Hunter Foundation," said Norman Wedderburn, president and CEO of Make-A-Wish Southern Florida. "We receive no United Way or government funding, so the generosity of foundations and corporate partners that have embraced our mission is critical to fulfilling the wish of every critically-ill child referred to us."

Harold Hunter Foundation (HHF) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2007 in honor of professional skateboarder Harold Hunter and dedicated to improving the skateboarding community of New York City and beyond by supporting and promoting access to skateboarding for underserved youth.[1][2][3][4]

The Harold Hunter Foundation started organically by friends and family who believed there should be a foundation to honor Hunter's life and spirit.[1] Jessica Forsyth, whose sister was best friends with Harold, and her family helped spearhead the founding of the organization alongside Harold's brother Ronald and friend Jefferson Pang.[1][5]

Beginning in 2007, the Harold Hunter Foundation set out to offer scholarships to inner city kids to go to Woodward Camp. Hunter loved camp Woodward when he went, not as a camper, but as a visiting am and pro.[1] By developing a Woodward scholarships program, the HHF set out to extend this opportunity to go to skateboarding camp to underserved youth who might not otherwise have the chance.[6] Since the beginning of the program, the HHF has expanded its scholarships to other skate camps; granting more than 200 need-based scholarships for NYC youth to attend skate camps including: Camp Woodward, the Element YMCA Skate Camp, and the Homage Skateboard Academy.[7]

The HHF programming has expanded beyond offering skate camp scholarships. The HHF now provides a spectrum of community programming and educational experiences geared towards underserved communities.[7]

HHF brings skateboarding professionals including Chad Muska, Luis Tolentino, Rodney Smith, Steve Rodriguez, Donny Barley, and others into classroom settings to speak to a range of audiences from school assemblies to selected mentee groups of talented skaters to students with behavioral issues.[7]

The Harold Hunter Foundation has collaborated with a spectrum of brands including HUF, Adidas, Zoo York, Nike, and others to make merchandise commemorating Harold Hunter with proceeds going to the foundation.[13]

In a huge effort to keep kiddos fighting cancer safe while in treatment, especially during COVID and Flu season, we've created these kits to help the kiddos and their families keep everything in one place that will help them fight some serious germs.

During and in between treatments their bodies experience an incredible amount of distress and their immune systems are being rocked to no end. A common cold, let alone COVID or the Flu, can really do some serious damage to their severely compromised systems. These kits are designed to help parents and kiddos keep the essentials close and ready to use and travel whenever they need to be aware of germs as they are coming and going to and from the hospital or home.

It can be worn across their shoulder, placed on a table, strapped in the car, hooked to a stroller, thrown into another tote, they can always have their essentials on hand and ready to use when they need them most.

We've designed these kits with some very amazing assistance from TAH Life, whose bags are stylish, functional and extremely well made. These bags will get used a great bit and can completely withstand the daily and constant use, and will especially last for those that are in treatment for months or sometimes years at a time.

(Due to the nature of COVID and the difficulty and unpredictability of the supply chain, there are times when some of these products might be out of stock. In that case, we will fill it with an extra item that is currently in stock.)

Each bag is a $100 donation and we will be mailing them to our (4) major children's hospitals that we support: OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital, Randall Children's Hospital at Legacy Emanuel, Children's Hospital Los Angeles, and CHOC Children's. Donations also help us cover the cost of packaging and informational materials as well as shipping expenses.

You can also donate or send one to a front-line worker or patient at a different hospital, or an essential worker anywhere across the country, send one off to a college student, get one for yourself, anyone at all who you think needs these essentials handy and ready to go! A portion of the proceeds benefit the foundation!!
