Now I have tried to claim my profile for some time now, but it doesnt seem to work.
Is the feature not available yet since it is a beta according to twitter or is it just an error?
It throws me to the account management page. So is there anything else, which I have to enter? Like origin even though it is playstation?

I can claim mine but all of a sudden after a week or two i have to reclaim my profile. Never had this issue with BFV only with BF2042. Is it possible for someone else to try and claim your profile after you have claimed it. If so that is most likely the case. I am sick and tired of reclaiming my profile all the time.

Today I decided to unlink my Xbox profile from account B and link it to my main account, account A, because I wanted to have everything in one place. But after this, on my Xbox I have a new, empty soldier. I lost my all progress. Why? I thought this process will just move my Xbox soldier to new EA account. I screwed this up? :/ I want my old soldier back

After over a month of writing with support via e-mail, nothing has been done, because waiting for a reply is 3 days of waiting and I had to give them the verification code several times, to confirm that I am aware of what disconnects my EA account from my Xbox account means. This is partly my fault because I did not write with support from the account that was currently associated with the Xbox account.
Anyway, from the e-mail conversation it appeared that:
1. They can't link my old EA account to my Xbox account, but they can help me disconnect those accounts.
2. After reconnect the first EA account that had progress with my Xbox account, the progress will be back.

Yesterday I decided to speed up the procedure as I didn't have an email reply for several days. I asked a live chat consultant to disconnect my accounts. He did it, but said that if I will link my old account back, the progress wouldn't come back. Nevertheless, I tried and it turned out that the progress was preserved. Everything ended well.

After that, I told EA advisor that the progress was not removed and he said the progress is usually lost.

Fortunately for me, it was not like that.

Ask the live chat customer support to unlink the new account from your xbox account, and then manually link your xbox account to the old EA account (we did it through the xbox PC app to EA desktop app), and the progress will return!

I checked your Tracker Network account settings, your Origin is linked properly. There is currently no way to verify Origin profile ownership but you still have access to various features since your profile is linked (for example, you will appear in regional leaderboards).

I'm able to login to Origin through Battlelog to edit my profile for BF4. When I click on settings>profile on this page -profile/ there is nothing showing up. Likewise under Soldiers, nothing shows up.

Sounds that you have an issue with your battlelog webplugins. At first, clear your browser cache and/or try a different browser. Reinstall your webplugins for battlelog. Get sure that you have disabled all ad and application blocking software in your browser and using the latest version of Adobe Flash.

I think this is down to the fact my documents area is stored on my home server, instead of the C:\Users\%username%\Battlefield 2 expected location. If I start the game on a local (i.e no network documents) account I can start and play the game fine, creating a local account. I can then copy the "Battlefield 2" folder created in that accounts documents and place it in My Documents which removes the error show above, but when I try to start a mulitplayer or singleplayer game the game crashes with a black screen back to the desktop.

It seems to be a fairly common problem and I have found many references in EA and other forums, although no definitive answer (and the appearance of the evil "I found what the problem was but I'm not going to post it here").

I've checked the registry settings and while there is a "InstallDir" entry which points to the correct place there are no settings that detail a user profile. As an interesting note, it's possible to copy your Battlefield 2 folder to a USB/Portable Hard disk and run it from that (although it's slow to start up initially).

Redirect My Documents so it points to your homeserver using its IP-address like this: \\192.168.0.252\Data\Documents. In the BF2 folder there should now be a profile using the IP-address above. Note that BF2 can only read this info, it will not write it to dics. So you will need to edit the files by hand.

Redirect My Documents to something with 1 or more subfolders, which means a simple redirect to H:\ would not be enough. In the example My Documents is pointing to "H:\Documents and Settings\\My Documents".

What method did you use to move the My Documents folder? I suspect whatever you've done here has upset the game (which we can assume is a fault, it probably uses some incorrect method to find the MyDocs folder...).

The fact that windows uses VirtualStore to redirect the folder indicates a security issue with the real folder. From the path it looks like BF2 tries to use C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield 2\[fileserver]\userstore$\[username] which is either caused by BF2 incompatibiliy with networked paths (the two backslashes from the start of \\[fileserver]\userstore$\[username] are somehow dropped) or misconfiguration of the my documents/user profile redirection (less likely). You could try mapping a drive to \\[fileserver]\userstore$\ and redirecting the my documents folder/user profile using the drive letter or create a junction point at C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield 2\[fileserver]\userstore$\[username].

After moving away from home, Lincoln co-owned a general store for several years before selling his stake and enlisting as a militia captain defending Illinois in the Black Hawk War of 1832. Black Hawk, a Sauk chief, believed he had been swindled by a recent land deal and sought to resettle his old holdings. Lincoln did not see direct combat during the short conflict, but the sight of corpse-strewn battlefields at Stillman's Run and Kellogg's Grove deeply affected him. As a captain, he developed a reputation for pragmatism and integrity. Once, faced with a rail fence during practice maneuvers and forgetting the parade-ground instructions to direct his men over it, he simply ordered them to fall out and reassemble on the other side a minute later. Another time, he stopped his men before they executed a wandering Native American as a spy. Stepping in front of their raised muskets, Lincoln is said to have challenged his men to combat for the terrified native's life. His men stood down.

After the war, he studied law and campaigned for a seat on the Illinois State Legislature. Although not elected in his first attempt, Lincoln persevered and won the position in 1834, serving as a Whig.

The Civil War began with the Confederate bombardment of Fort Sumter, South Carolina, on April 12, 1861. Fort Sumter, situated in the Charleston Harbour, was a Union outpost in the newly seceded Confederate territory. Lincoln, learning that the Fort was running low on food, sent supplies to reinforce the soldiers there. The Southern navy repulsed the supply convoy. After this repulse, the Southern navy fired the first shot of the war at Fort Sumter and the Federal defenders surrendered after a 34-hour long battle.

Throughout the war, Lincoln struggled to find capable generals for his armies. As commander-in-chief, he legally held the highest rank in the United States armed forces, and he diligently exercised his authority through strategic planning, weapons testing, and the promotion and demotion of officers. McDowell, Fremont, McClellan, Pope, McClellan again, Buell, Burnside, Rosecrans--all of these men and more withered under Lincoln's watchful eye as they failed to bring him success on the battlefield.

The Lincoln administration did more than just manage the Civil War, although its reverberations could still be felt in a number of policies. The Revenue Act of 1862 established the United States' first income tax, largely to pay the costs of total war. The Morrill Act of 1862 established the basis of the state university system in this country, while the Homestead Act, also passed in 1862, encouraged settlement of the West by offering 160 acres of free land to settlers. Lincoln also created the Department of Agriculture and formally instituted the Thanksgiving holiday. Internationally, he navigated the "Trent Affair," a diplomatic crisis regarding the seizure of a British ship carrying Confederate envoys, in such a way as to quell the saber-rattling overtures coming from Britain as well as the United States. In another spill-over from the war, Lincoln restricted the civil liberties of due process and freedom of the press.
