52 The Suppliers does not endorse, is not responsible or liable for any User Generated Content even though it may be unlawful, harmful, harassing, libelous, delictual, privacy invading, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, contain nudity or otherwise objectionable or may infringe the intellectual property or any other rights of another

23.3 If any of the provisions of these Terms are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of these Terms, and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force.
