Genderizing Crunchbase, getting the user_key

Hi,

Last year we downloaded crunchbase_odm_csv to produce statistics on the gender gap in crunchbase.

I would like to do a refresh, but I can no longer find my user_key

I tried to re-register but I haven't received a user_key (probably because I had one before).

Can you help?
