What is the amount of limits?

As I wasn't able to find any numbers, at the datahub documenation, I'm asking here:

what are the default limits per second, per minute, per hour, per day, etc?

Also, what's the suggested number of concurrent connections? Is it possible to use 1000-2000 simultaneous connections?

Are there any differences in list and details apis (in the scope of request limits and connection number limits)?
