Another implementation of CrunchBase API.

Fundastic.info is CrunchBase data + visualization. It offers a
graphical way to visualize funding by investors and financial
organizations implemented using the Crunchbase API. Fundastic provides
dedicated pages for each investor and finanical organization and
provides various charts to help understand the investment pattern of
an investor or financial organization.
It helps user to understand how much a particular investor has
invested during an year or quarter.
In addition, it is also possible to visualize the amount of funding by
an investor based on what category the company belongs to.

We are launching Fundastic.info with two main modules.
1. Dedicate Investor/Financial organization page:
2. Aggregated statistics page

Both modules provide detailed information like total number of
companies funded, # of companies that got acquired, # of funded
companies deadpooled, total acquisition amount, venture financings per
year/quarter, funding rounds participated per year/quarter, total
venture capital raised etc.,
In addition there are advanced filters to filter data by year,
category, funding round to churn out tailor made visualization out of
the data.

respectfully, i disagree completely that it is wrong for fundastic to
post this. we are a community of people interested in use of the
crunchbase api and i'd like to encouraging each other to post
innovative uses. i'm on several api groups - from facebook to iphone,
and interesting uses are commonly posted, especially when there aren't
as many use cases / reference points like for crunchbase. it helps
gain perspective. this is far from spam or an advertisement.

does anyone else have an interesting use case / working implementation
they'd like to share?
