Tonight's JOB Group Meeting 05/26/2015

Hope that everyone had a great weekend, and managed to stay dry.

I apologize to the group, I wasn't able to do some of the followup that I was hoping to do after last week's meeting to try to schedule a different speaker.

So I figured that we would do another round table discussion tonight about whatever we need to talk about, as well as do some of the Accountability work.

I hope to see everyone tonight.

I showed up last Tuesday (along with 2 other people) for the networking meeting on June 30th.  No on else show up to lead the meeting.  We all checked with the lady at the front desk who stated that this group is now only meeting every other Tuesday.  We were also advised that the group was scheduled to meet on June 30th.

What happened?

  Its good to hear from you.  Sorry about the confusion.  We decided to move to meeting only on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month.  It sounds like the security guard had the wrong information which has been corrected.  Please join us this coming Tuesday when one of our current members will talk about a book he recently read on interviewing and the job search. I know that he has handouts as well.
We might have other things happening as well.. Still trying to work things out..

I showed up last week to the meeting with 2 other persons last week (June 30th) and no facilitator showed up.  The schedule showed it scheduled for that night.  I was advised that the group only meets every other Tuesday.

I had sent a reply from my phone, while traveling out of town before a long weekend, so I just wanted to make sure that everyone got this.

We will be meeting tonight. Tuesday July 7. Starting @ 6:30 PM.

Reynolds Patterson one of our current members will be sharing information on job searching based on a book that he has recently completed.

I look forward to seeing everyone again this week.

I am working until 7:00, so I won't be there tonight.

I will drop off some hand - outs at the security desk at the Church.

The hand outs are basically designed to help people build their "skills Arsenal" so that they communicate their message to the interviewer.

Sorry I can't make it tonight.

    Thanks for the heads up...

Do you know if you will be able to attend in a couple of weeks, or is it more a matter of you have to wait to see what your schedule is.

Does your handouts have the name of the book that you read?
