Connie Ager is an HR professional with over 30 years of HR experience in Fortune 100 companies. In her last position working for Dell, she was an HR Project Manager working with Sales and Operations consultants to scope managed services (outsourcing) deals, educating customers on Dell’s processes and employee treatment, and when the deal is signed, transitioning the customer employees to Dell. She was the HR lead for divesting four businesses from Dell and on the other side of the business, was a member of the mergers and acquisition team for three acquisitions. She also has experience as an HR Manager and Business Partner with expertise in organizational development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and staffing. Connie thinks she has retired when Dell offered a voluntary separation program in 2014 so has enjoyed travel, adopted a dog, and volunteer opportunities. Connie earned her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification in 2001 and possesses a BA in Business Administration from Kent State University. She is a member of CRUMC, Finding Our Way SundaySchool class, and Chancel Choir.
