Improve the Cruiser_Brouter offline auto-rerouting navigation result by off-track trigger.
The multiple consecutive return suggestions to the previous location quickly become very annoying. Because of that I hardly do use the automatic rerouting feature offered at the navigation operations.

There are already plans for improvements to the Cruiser navigation rerouting.
