Missing "Travel mode" & "Route type" in Cruiser Desktop 1.5

In Cruiser Desktop 1.5 I could not find how to specify "Travel mode" & "Route type" for routing service GraphHopper (offline).

Both items are no longer contained in "Routing" pulldown menu like in previous versions 1.4.x before.

GraphHopper (offline) has changed a lot lately and it's not so easy to support those functions.

Now when load an offline graph, its default travel mode & route type are used for convenience.

In the future, if the API become more flexible again, those features could come back.

Cruiser 1.6 was released and provides again the 'Travel mode' option.

Desktop Cruiser creates graphs with all [car, foot, bike] travel modes.
