I was glad to see there is this small mapping app that works on the Librem phone here!
On the terminal I ran
sudo apt install openjdk-11-jre
./cruiser.sh

Usually desktop applications have some sort of issues on the smaller phone screen, and this one is no exception unfortunately.

The open dialogs do not have the ok/cancel button on the screen in either screen orientation.
The menus are really small to tap on on the top, and the right most menus aren't visible at all.
There doesn't seem to be a way to show the blue dot with the current location like on the built in Maps app on the Librem5.

Zoom with 2 fingers doesn't work and tapping to zoom does work, the only way to zoom out seems to be to go to Tools - Location and select the zoom level.

I much appreciate a free app like Cruiser for Linux phone, but it doesn't look at all like the screenshot on https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Cruiser
with the directions and status area to the right. Am I missing a switch or option somewhere to enable this mobile phone view/mobile options?

Cruiser is available on Android and Desktop.

There are separate images in the website for each platform.
