Hello,

I’m having trouble connecting to the crt.sh PostgreSQL service on port 5432.

I tested from multiple servers and different source IP addresses, but all attempts still time out. The crt.sh host itself appears reachable, but TCP connections to crt.sh:5432 do not complete.

I checked local firewall and routing on my side, and nothing obvious seems to be blocking outbound access.

Is the PostgreSQL service currently working normally? Does anyone know what might be causing this issue and how it can be resolved?

If helpful, I can provide the source IPs and test details.

Thank you.

Same here. Getting the error - Error: crtsh: dial tcp 91.199.212.73:5432: connect: connection timed out (SQLSTATE HV000)

I’ve been having the same connectivity issues for several days to both the web interface and the psql endpoints. I think the service is not very healthy. Is there a backup address that can be used?

Maybe if there are problems with the service maybe an announcement would be handy. I’m looking a hundreds of certs at the moment and data has stalled. I appreciate if there are problems they need to be investigated and resolved and with the amount of data you need to store for these certs it must be a massive job to keep it running.

This problem has now been resolved.

It was a networking configuration issue, which took a while to diagnose.
