Unable to search with non-ASCII organizationName

Cert search works when domain name is correctly set: https://crt.sh/?q=overwatchleague.cn

But when querying with a non-ASCII organizationName ("暴雪软件开发（上海）有限公司", Blizzard Entertainment China Division, in Simplified Chinese), crt.sh returns nothing: https://crt.sh/?q=%E6%9A%B4%E9%9B%AA%E8%BD%AF%E4%BB%B6%E5%BC%80%E5%8F%91%EF%BC%88%E4%B8%8A%E6%B5%B7%EF%BC%89%E6%9C%89%E9%99%90%E5%85%AC%E5%8F%B8

Browser: Google Chrome M120 beta, with Simplified Chinese locale

System Language: Simplified Chinese

Hi.  This question was asked previously in https://groups.google.com/g/crtsh/c/BdN126Ls3qI/m/Do440zLXAAAJ.  I identified a solution, but have not yet been able to implement it.
