Unauthorized TLS Certificate Issurance

Hi everybody, I am David Miller. Today, I noticed an unknown certifcate issued for *.davidmiller.top and davidmiller.top. Its issuer is Sectigo ECC Domain Validation Secure Server CA. I've never requested to issue that certifcate. After I checked my DNS record log and server file log, I confirmed that it is an unauthorized TLS certificate. Can anyone help me to revoke it? Thank you.

If you click the "Report a problem" link on that (or on any other) certificate page, you'll find out how to submit a Certificate Problem Report to the appropriate department at the Issuing CA.

(I suspect my colleagues in the appropriate department at Sectigo will suggest that this certificate can be explained by https://developers.cloudflare.com/ssl/edge-certificates/backup-certificates/).
