Thanks guys. I did some digging late into last night, and discovered that I have to download all of the listings, and then search through what I need. It's a pain, but it works!

Nicholas, I do recall that when I did a BARIES site that there was no real field per se for REO or shortsale at the time and we had written a script that filtered for the words which we would then make a YES / NO field either true or false based on the CSV data. I can share code if you need help in this area.
